My Great Grandfather William Hogg owned The Exchange Tavern at 170 High St., Dalkeith, Midlothian. We have a picture with a date in one of the windows showing 1905. We know it was torn down in the 1930's. I am trying to find more info. on the tavern and my G. Grandfather. How long did he own it? Who worked there? I know some of the family worked there. Does anyone know where I can find this information.
